Latch techniques and positioning (plus hands-on visuals)
What’s normal, what’s not, and when to ask for help
Pumping basics, supplementation, and common tools
You’ll leave with practical guidance, a bundle of printable handouts, and the knowledge to make informed choices for your baby and body.
