Daytime Postpartum Doula Support

Daytime support may include:
• Newborn care guidance
• Feeding support
• Recovery and rest support
• Light household assistance
• Meal prep
• Sibling adjustment
• Emotional suppor

Daytime care focuses on recovery, education, and hands-on support.

Support may include:

• Newborn care education

• Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding)

• Overnight infant care

• Soothing and sleep support

• Light household help

• Meal prep and nourishment

• Emotional support and reassurance

• Partner and sibling support

• Postpartum recovery support

For families without insurance coverage or who prefer private pay:

• Daytime Support: $55/hour with 4 hour minimum

• Overnight Support: $60/hour with 8 hour minimum

Most families book between 40–120 hours of care, depending on their needs, recovery, and level of support.

Support can continue for weeks or months — however long your family would benefit from care.
